SUGGESTED USAGE:

  • For immediate itch control - Simply apply a drop to the itchiest area. Allow it to warm and spread by itself or assisted. You should have relief within 60 seconds.
  • For long term care - Stimulate the scalp with a comb or your finger tips. Try to loosen/remove dead skin, dandruff, product, etc from scalp. A simple 1:10 apple cider vinegar rinse (any will do if it's all you got), or Arianna's Clay Hair Mask treatment will do the job. Part hair. Apply to scalp, roughly 1 drop per 2" inch. Allow it to warm and spread by itself or assisted. You should have relief within 60 seconds. Apply 2x per week for best results.

HOW I USE IT:

I made this for Bubby and his flaky/itch scalp. He went from creating snow storms of dandruff from constant scratching to rarely scratching and no flurries at all. When we go through with a fine tooth comb, usually a few small flakes, but the difference is amazing. Sure, he could get rid of them completely if he used it as directed, but, apparently 2x per week is too much to manage for him.

Personally, I only use it when my head gets itchy. My scalp is delicate and scratching creates scabs, which lead to more scratching. It's horrible. Thankfully, if I do two drop and wait, I'll feel better in a min or so.

HOW IT WORKS

Safflower Oil - Contains lubricant properties that help skin be elastic and resilient. Great for natural cleansing due to it's high acid content.  According to “Milady’s Skin Care and Cosmetic Ingredients Dictionary” by Natalia Michalun and M. Varinia Michalun, the oil consists primarily of linoleic acid, an omega-6 that is packed with essential vitamins. Safflower oil prevents dryness and roughness and removes dirt and oil. Its content makes safflower oil a key treatment for issues including eczema, psoriasis and acne. Its hydrating properties lend skin a healthy glow, promote elasticity and reduce the appearance of wrinkles.

Hempseed Oil - Hempseed oil comes from the seed of the cannabis plant. It's high in CBD, but has virtually no THC. Therefore it does maintain many of its medicinal properties but won't get you "high." Hempseed oil is a rich and balanced source of omega-6 and omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) & vitamin e. Scientifically proven to treat dermatitis.  This is due to it's antimicrobial, conditioning, and immune system support properties. Hempseed oil does not clog pores. Hempseed oil moisturizes the scalp and hair, promotes hair growth, strengthens hair to prevent breakage, & treats dandruff/flakiness.

Tea Tree Oil - Contains anti-microbials: terpenoids such as terpinen-4-ol, eucalyptol, cineole, nerolidol and viridiflorol; reduces sebum production; cures athlete's foot, bad breath, warts, corns, ringworm, ear infections, or fungal nail infection; Soothes burns, insect bites, allergic reactions, itchiness, boils, chicken pox symptoms; helps with hair growth.

Vitamin E - also sometimes called the “skin vitamin,” has excellent antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and skin healing properties, which make it a great natural remedy for various skin and hair concerns. Extracted from various plants. Gives a powerful antioxidant boost to any product. Serves as a natural preservative for oils as it preserves your tissues - antioxidation. Sun protectant - prevents sun burn development. Sun protection works best with vitamin c rich ingredients. Soothes dry chapped skin, lips, & dry cuticles. Heals scars - makes skin resistant to scarring and damage from abrasion or incision. Treats eczema.

Enhances the health and strength of the hair follicles. Vitamin E oil can work to hydrate and moisturize dry, brittle hair.
