  • All other orders ship $6.50 flat rate or $15 Expedited

International Shipping

Available to: Canada, France, Germany, Mexico, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Greece

What if I need my order by a specific date?

Reach out. Our delivery dates are estimated, but most do arrive on or before the date. Still, just reach out to verify. We're here to help.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged in transit?

We will replace it free of charge. Send a pic of what you received via the chat on the website or via text at 734-221-0250

What happens if I input the wrong address?

As long as the package is returned to us, we will reship the order. But you will have to pay for shipping.

What happens if the order is stolen after delivery?

You can repurchase the same order for 50% off. Reach out for assistance.

Why didn't my order arrive by the date at checkout?

All delivery dates are estimates. We make these products by hand and use many ingredients that are hard to find. Thanks for your patience and understanding!

My order shipped why hasn't it been picked up yet?

Two Options:

  1. Shipper has yet to pick up or scan.
  2. We are making something for your order.

International Shipping FAQs

What if customs sends my order back?

The laws around adult products and CBD change constantly. You are responsible to know if import is allowed in your country. If customs sends your order back for prohibited items:

1. Once we recieve your order back, you may request store credit to make a different purchase. We will make every effot to apply the credit without your request but it's a manual process.

2. Shipping costs, not customs or brokerage, will be deducted from the refund credit.

3. Your country will be removed from CBD availability.
