Tariffs Update

We’ve been feeling the impact of tariffs for months now, just like many of you have. Still, we’re keeping our pricing steady, and we plan to keep it that way. To make sure we can, a few changes are in motion:

Packaging may vary. You might see jars, bottles, or closures different from what’s pictured online. We’ll be sourcing what’s available at fair prices, while the product inside stays exactly the same.

Customer Service Updates

In the last update, I mentioned Juanita was stepping into customer service. Unfortunately, the emotional climate has made individual correspondence overwhelming, so she’s stepped back. For now, it’s back on me until things calm down and I can hire someone new.

Here’s what that means:

  • Expect fewer individual replies.
  • We will respond to product questions quickly. But it may be to tell you that we updated the product page with the info you're looking for.
  • Most issues will be resolved quietly, and you may just get a quick note once it’s handled.
  • If you message, your problem will be addressed, even if you don’t get a reply.

 

The Vault

Mark your calendars! The Vault returns 9/7–9/21 for pre-orders, with shipments going out 10/21–11/7. That way, you’ll have your favorites in hand before holiday and dry skin season kicks in fully.

Hiring

A few months ago we searched for a new production assistant, and that’s how we found Hannah. She’s been with us about a month and is already a huge help in keeping things running smoothly.

The Butters at 9 Years

Sales are up—thanks to your word of mouth, our pricing commitment, and, of course, because the products are awesome. June 4th marked our 9th anniversary. No big celebration, just the steady hum of work, strengthening the foundation of our baby.

Relocation Update

The move has been phenomenal. I told Juanita the other day my brain feels like I’m back in college, overflowing with creativity and excitement. Thank you for helping make that possible. Hopefully, you’re feeling it too in product quality and brand satisfaction.
