After our longest, most competitive hiring process ever, we finally found the one. Tabatha rose to the top because—well—she’s a little insane in the best possible way. That’s her secret superpower. Like me, she’ll do whatever it takes to make sure you get what you need quickly, kindly, and without the usual nonsense.

She’s fully empowered to fix, replace, soothe, communicate or celebrate—whatever it takes to make things right. Think of her as my equally unhinged customer-care twin.

Got questions? Reach out! Load up her inbox; she hates being bored (which is exactly why I hired her).

She’s currently handling instant messages and emails, replying within one business day Monday through Friday. More channels will be added soon, and I’ll update the Customer Service page when that happens.
