Hey Carly, Thanks for this review! Upon investigation, the product wasn't open. The acids in the toner ate the safety seals.
We'd had that batch for a bit and it didn't show up for a while. No one said anything expect you. But because you said something, we've switched to aluminum seals which should stand up to natural acids much better!
Within a week of using all these products, my skin is completely clearing up and the texture is smoothing out. I had no doubts because it's the Butters, but I am still impressed. I will say that my skin took time to adjust to the facial oil and moisturizer because of their tea tree oil content (minor burning, subsided after a couple days) but now it isn't burning at all.
I love the Butters and am super happy I gave this kit a shot.

Some of the best products I’ve ever found for managing my adult acne. I have very irritable skin, so the zit zapper is too harsh to use as an every day moisturizer, but works wonderfully as a spot treatment once a week or so. The toner and oil are great for redness and overall skin tone. If you have very sensitive/irritable skin, I would recommend maybe buying a more gentle cleanser if you plan on using the rest of the products all together every single day. Also, don’t give up if you notice increased breakouts or skin irritation at first! It took about three weeks of my skin getting used to the products, and me playing around with which ones I could use daily without being too harsh, before I found a groove that worked for me. Play around with it and you might be surprised at how much you skin can clear up!

Loved it, it works better than any product I've bought for my face. I have very temperamental skin and almost anything sets off my eczema except this. Will definitely be buying this again and recommending it to everyone I know!

Love this kit! The black soap bar is so gentle on my face and the rose toner smells AMAZING. The facial oil leaves my skin silky and smooth. The zit zapper is a little too strong for me (I have super sensitive skin) but I think it will work as an occasional spot treatment for mask acne. Thanks Mr. Butters!
