You’ll be working directly with me at my home and for my company, The Butters Hygienics Co. I’m looking for someone reliable, teachable, and effective. You’ll be my only assistant, so the right fit really matters.

My last assistant was with me for 5 years and made way more than $19/hr. We only parted ways because I relocated from Michigan to South Carolina in April. That kind of loyalty and growth is possible here—if you’re the right person.

🧠 This Is for You If You:

• Are fluent in English

• Can follow directions and work independently

• Are reliable, trustworthy, and discreet

• Can lift 1–60 lbs comfortably

• Have a good attitude and strong work ethic

• Want to build real skills and grow over time

• Might be bilingual in Spanish (there’s a bonus for that!)

🕘 Schedule:

• 2–3 shifts per week

• Monday through Friday

• Flexible hours between 10 AM – 6 PM

• Most common setup is Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays

💰 Pay Scale – Learn & Earn:

• $14/hr: You can clean and organize based on instructions

• $15/hr: You can label and contain products accurately (Plus a custom Butters work tee)

• $16/hr: You can pack and fulfill orders with 99% accuracy

• $17/hr: You can prep and make simple product recipes (like oil blends)

• $18/hr: You can make everything, including complex products

• $19/hr: You can manage the show solo for a week (ordering supplies, handling clients, etc.)

🔸 Bilingual Bonus: Speak Spanish fluently? Help me learn while we work and earn an extra $0.50/hr
🔸 Beyond $19/hr: Annual raises reviewed based on inflation and company strength
🔸 Bonuses: After 1 full year, you’re eligible for an annual bonus (typically equal to one week’s average pay, depending on company performance)

🧹 What You’ll Do (First Month & Ongoing):

• Household cleaning (bathrooms, kitchen, floors, etc.)

• Laundry

• Watering plants

• Light gardening

• Cleaning and organizing work areas

• Product labeling and sorting

• Packing orders

• Taking out trash

• Lifting and moving supplies (1–60 lbs)

🎯 How Interviews Work:

You’ll have a phone call with Juanita to determine if you’re a good fit. She’ll then schedule you for a trial in office with me. Here's the trial process:

1. Fill a couple orders, locate specific items, and label products.

2. If you do well, we’ll move to a 30-minute paid trial cleaning shift (paid same day).

3. You will be notified within 4 days on the status of your application.
