• You are not required to list at MSRP. You can set the price lower or higher at your discretion. It’s common for stores set their prices roughly 20% higher than my base. All pricing in USD.
• Not all products and brands are available for wholesale. The catalog will automatically limit itself when logged in.

Prior to shipment We accept all major credit cards including AMEX, checks (with up to a 10 day hold for processing), cashier’s checks, and US money orders. Returned checks due to insufficient funds will be charged a $25 fee. We have the capacity to accept modern payment services: Cashapp, & Zelle.

• All packages shipped with tracking info and insurance against loss or damage. You may arrange pickups from other carriers on your own accounts.
• Orders fulfillment can take up to 2 weeks after payment, depending upon stock levels, and therefore all wholesale clients are asked to plan accordingly. If all products in your order are in stock and ready, you should receive your order within 2 weeks. Bath Bombs are often made to order.

Just like our retail customers, we guarantee you like what you order or we’ll make it right.

Resellers must have privacy and customer service policies, as well as overall business ethics that are compatible with those of The Butters Hygienics Co. It is crucial that The Butters family remain a reputable and trusted brand. All internet resellers must have a web address of their own. You may not use a subdirectory of another company’s URL, such as an Amazon.com storefront. Additionally, you cannot sell products through any online site such as eBay or AliExpress. The Butters products can be the sole brand available on your site but it must be clear you aren’t the manufacturer.

The Butters’ goods are not being well maintained, stocked in suitable temperatures (no warmer than 78F, away from heat sources & direct sunlight for extended periods), displayed well, kept in good hygiene (sample/tester products replaced as needed) or if the account changes ownership. Duplication or adulteration of products or packaging or falsely representing The Butters products as your own is strictly prohibited.

All packages shipped with tracking info and insurance against loss or damage. If your merchandise is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, take clear photos of what you received (packaging, too) and email them to us within 3 business days after its arrival. Shipments that arrive in damaged condition will be replaced, after an insurance claim has been filed with your cooperation. If you are unwilling to cooperate within 7 days of information request, case will be closed automatically. Shipments that have been determined to be lost, after thoroughly researching the package through delivery confirmation tracking, will be replaced. For both circumstances, a monetary refund will not be given.
