My all-new Complete Care Lip Balm is a re-imagining of what lip care looks like. It took 3 years, 12 iterations and thousands of lips to learn an important lesson: everyone wants the same things. A great-tasting & smelling, long-lasting stick that actually makes lips pliable yet feel plump, and look kissable. Plus it's gotta offer SPF, anti-microbial support, cold sore and zit prevention, and remain easy to apply at all normal temps. So, that's exactly what I did.

Complete Care started as the best lip balm ever and has become simply the best lip conditioner/balm/butter/moisturizer you'll ever try. It's so good, it's replaced every other lip balm I made. With it's 100% natural mint citrus fragrance/flavor and unmatched performance it's ready to replace every half used lip balm in the bottom of your bag.

Jerome's thoughts:

You will love this lip balm. Softer lips in 1 day, guaranteed. By day 7, you'll probably be reordering just in case we're out of stock.

I was personally shocked by how different this recipe is. Normally, I applied balm like hourly. With this one it's once or twice a day and I'm testing it during winter. It helps keep my lip skin so damn smooth without having to exfoliate physically. The application is so friggin' nice, like my christ. Every other balm is gone for a reason: you'd waste your money buying anything else and we don't do that here.

.15oz Tube

Enough for more than 1 month of daily application

Use as needed. Don't rub the stick on your lips but dab it to the skin, it's softer than you think. Rub your lips over each other to spread and work in.

Cocoa & shea butter, bee's wax, coconut, grapeseed, hempseed, calendula, red raspberry seed, cucumber seed, carrot seed, apricot kernel, jojoba, & pomegranate seed oils, vitamin e, essentials: lemon, supreme peppermint, sweet orange, grapefruit flavor, iso. myristate

How it works:

Shea Butter - Grade A Golden Raw, Imported from Ghana, organic, kosher, halal, Non-GMO, sustainably sourced. Shea clinically proven to be one of the single best things you can put on your skin, hair, & nails. {Pronounced *SHAY* Butter} works as moisturizer, anti-inflammatory, heals stretch marks, evens skin tones, has SPF 6, aids skin elasticity & collagen production, reduces the look of cellulite, aids skin healing and repair, supports cuticle health, smells amazing.

Cocoa Butter - Like many of the other butters we carry, cocoa butter features 3 of the healthy fatty acids: oleic acid, palmitic acid, and stearic acid. Uniquely, it features them in roughly equal parts and make up 95.7% of the fats in cocoa butter. It's amazingly rich in Omega 6, 9, & 7 and other antioxidants. In practice, this makes it great for anti-aging, healing scars, stretch marks, treatment/preventing chapped or burned skin and lips. It's also an amazing daily moisturizer to prevent dry, itchy skin. I love it for my lips and because it makes such an incredibly smooth moisturizer.

Bee's Wax - Anti-bacterial, antioxidants, evens skin tones, conditions, softens, moisturizes; treats acne, eczema, and dermatitis. Great for anti-aging as it contains many nutrients and & minerals such as Vitamin A & C, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Folate, Vitamin B12, Pantothenic Acid, Choline, Betaine, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Sodium, Zinc, Copper, Manganese, Selenium, Fluoride. When applied to the skin, beeswax forms a protective barrier that helps protect it from environmental assaults, while also holding in moisture and reducing dryness. This is one of the reasons beeswax is often used in lip balms. Unlike ingredients made from petroleum, however, beeswax doesn’t “suffocate” the skin, and won’t clog pores. A natural humectant that carries more water than most people realize.

Coconut Oil - clinically proven moisturizer for mild to moderate xerosis (dry skin) and was shown in one study to reduce protein loss when used in hair. Promotes healing an immunity, which makes it great for eczema, psoriasis, & dermatitis. Works great as a makeup remover, and facial cleanser. It's the richest natural source of lauric acid.

Grapeseed Oil - Grape seed oil is a preferred cosmetic ingredient for controlling moisture of the skin. Light and thin, grape seed oil leaves a glossy film over skin when used as a carrier oil for essential oils in aromatherapy. It contains more linoleic acid than many other carrier oils. Grape seed oil is also used as a lubricant for shaving and as a growth and strengthening treatment for hair.

Hempseed Oil - Hempseed oil comes from the seed of the cannabis plant. It's high in CBD, but has virtually no THC. Therefore it does maintain many of its medicinal properties but won't get you "high." Hempseed oil is a rich and balanced source of omega-6 and omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) & vitamin e. Scientifically proven to treat dermatitis.  This is due to it's antimicrobial, conditioning, and immune system support properties. Hempseed oil does not clog pores. Hempseed oil moisturizes the scalp and hair, promotes hair growth, strengthens hair to prevent breakage, & treats dandruff/flakiness.

Calendula - Mine is homegrown and extracted by me. A nutrition packed anti-inflammatory, healing powerhouse. One of the strongest anti-viral herbs known to humans. Also highly anti-bacterial. Packed with flavanoids and other anti-oxidants. It's flower extracts are also known to sooth muscle spasms, constipation, and as such PMS and PCOS related symptoms. Speeds healing, even in slow healing wounds and ulcers. An animal study saw 90% wound closure (healing) in 8 days with calendula topicals vs 51% closure with the no treatment control. Supports circulation and blood flow to applied areas. Fights gingivitis, bad breath, and improves overall oral health.

Red Raspberry Seed Oil - Red Raspberry seed oil: The highest and widest SPF UV protection of any oil. SPF value was found to be 28-50 for UVB rays, and 6.75 – 7.5 for UVA rays. UVB rays are the rays that cause sunburn. UVA rays are what contribute to aging and skin cancer. Packed with carotenoids - strong antioxidants that inhibit UV damage and stimulate cell repair - 23 mg/100 g of oil. Incredibly high natural  vitamin E content: Alpha Tocopherol: 12.6mg/100g, Gamma Tocopherol: 19.4mg/100g. It's approximately 52-56% Linoleic acid (omega 6)  and Alpha-29-33% linolenic acid (omega 3). Anti-inflammatory properties. Ellagic acid to reduce collagen loss and provide UV protection. Antioxidants phytosterols promote new collagen production, leading to healthier, younger-looking skin. In effect, it's a great moisturizer, improves skin elasticity, reduces wrinkles and fine lines, promotes healthy skin.

Cucumber Seed Oil - Incredibly high natural  vitamin E content: Alpha Tocopherol: 12.6mg/100g, Gamma Tocopherol: 19.4mg/100g. Anti-inflammatory properties. Antioxidants phytosterols promote new collagen production, leading to healthier, younger-looking skin. Cucumber seed oil works as an anthelmintic, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, demulcent, diuretic, febrifuge, purgative, & vermifuge. Carrot Seed Oil - One of single best oils for skin. High natural SPF, some sources claim up to 40 SPF. Conservatively, 20 is more reasonable. Packed with vitamin c, e, and caratols. Refreshes dull lifeless skin. Helps lubricate skin cells to help them refresh easier. Highly moisturizing and packed with nutrients. Helps kill a wide variety of fungus and bacteria including Candida, Dermatophytes, Escherichia coli, and Salmonella. When ingested may help reduce flatulence.

Apricot Kernel Oil - A great emollient moisturizer. Reduces inflammation when applied topically. High in vitamin e & k. Helps even skin tone by nutritionally supporting cellular regeneration. High in fatty acids.

Jojoba - Very similar to the natural oil or sebum humans create. It's molecularly a liquid wax and helps create a seal over tissues. Some of the most notable benefits of jojoba oil include its ability to moisturize the hair, prevent hair loss, reduce inflammation, prevent acne, soothe sunburn and psoriasis, rejuvenate the skin, eliminate dandruff, fight free radical damage, boost the immune system and speed up the healing process. Jojoba oil is rich in iodine, which fights harmful bacteria growth that leads to breakouts. The antioxidants present in jojoba oil soothe fine lines, wrinkles and naturally slow down other signs of aging. Jojoba oil contains beneficial ingredients, including vitamin E, vitamin B complex - High in B5, silicon, chromium, copper and zinc. It has a very high percentage of iodine at 82 percent, which gives jojoba oil its power to heal.
